Session Description: You know that it takes hard work and a committment to make it to the senior levels in any organization, but what are all of the other things you need to know to navigate your career to the top? This panel discussion is your opportunity to hear from three women who have successfully reached senior leadership positions in their industry. Learn about how professional development, mentors, and role models accelerated their careers. Hear the tribal stories about how diversity was both an advantage and disadvantage to climbing the ladder to success. Understand the barriers and the unique solutions to these barriers that these women faced. This is your opportunity to ask your own questions to three women who made it to the top.
